I offer Person-Centred Counselling, which is grounded in the belief that each individual has the potential to grow and heal when supported in the right way. In our one-hour sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The sessions are typically held weekly, though the frequency is entirely your choice, depending on what feels right for you. My role is not to direct but to walk alongside you as you navigate your own unique journey.

Counselling offers many benefits, including the opportunity to better understand yourself, your relationships, and the challenges you’re facing. It can be incredibly liberating to express emotions you've been holding onto and explore them in a supportive environment. By focusing on your strengths and encouraging self-exploration, Person-Centred Counselling can help you develop greater self-acceptance and confidence, allowing you to make decisions that align with your true self. Many find that counselling not only addresses immediate concerns but also equips them with tools for personal growth moving forward.

The sessions are face-to-face in a central Grimsby location, providing a convenient and comfortable setting for our work together. Whatever brings you to counselling, you will be met with respect, warmth, and genuine care, as we work together to support your well-being.
